Open Gym is a class that will be a total body workout! It may be Kickboxing, Jolt, Pilates, or our Repeat class. Or a mix of all of them! We promise a Great workout and some sweat!
High energy circuit-type workout that includes various stations of core, resistance & cardio exercise. There will be an instructor there to explain the stations and to show proper technique & answer any questions. You will have 2 minutes at each station with a buzzer keeping time and 20 seconds of rest in-between.

Kick N Fit KIDS
A fun cross training and fitness workout that helps kids get in great shape. This program will help excel not only in daily sports or martial arts, but also in every other activity they do. For ages 7 to 17 years.
Camouflaging fitness components in fun activities. (1) Warm up activity, (2) Review of previous class and health issues discussion, (3) Fitness development activities and (4) Cool down activity. For ages 3-6 years old.
Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by anyone at all levels of fitness. Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental well-being and also develops physical awareness.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in its simplest form with 20 second recovery times. This class is sure to drive results by burning calories even in post workout.
This is a mix of boxing drills and Tabata, which are 20 seconds of exercise and 10 second rest. We do use Bags!
Customized for people on the go… This HIIT class is 30 minutes. You will sweat!
No doubt a hard but enjoyable class designed to improve balance and your core using a Step 360 air balance stability step. Make your workout easier or more challenging, its up to you.

Everyone should know what is going into their body! If you are working your body to the fullest – it could be 3 to 7 day workouts – but you are not seeing the results – do you know why? Find out what is really good for your body and what is not.
This analysis comes in two parts:
1. This is all you. Logging what goes in your mouth daily – from food to beverages!
2. This is both of us sitting down and making minor to major adjustments to your eating regimen. Let’s figure out why something is simply not working for you. Tracking what you are eating sounds simple but most of us won’t do it. Let me hold you accountable.
Your food diary will also consist of time of eating, how you feel at that moment and then afterwards. How much sleep are you getting? Exercise? Important factors like your last doctor’s visit and prescriptions or supplements you are taking. Water intake? DIET is a four letter word. It is a small word, but, IT IS A HUGE FACTOR IN A HEALTHY LIFE!

Extreme Makeover: Pantry Edition
This is when you say ENOUGH! You have now given us permission to come to your home look in your refrigerator, freezer, pantry and/or cupboards and get rid of things that are unhealthy for you. If your POOR food choices are no longer there then you can’t eat them! Certain foods in those pantries and cupboard are simply sabotaging your good eating habits.

Grocery Store Field Trip
We LOVE this field trip! This is a place we all have to go to. It may be once every week, or maybe every other week, but what are we shopping for? This field trip lasts about an hour. We go up and down the aisles to see what you would like to pick up and what you should be picking up. Grocery store shopping should not be about the convenience of eating something, but more about what it is giving your body nutritionally. Label checking these days is tricky and the marketer is sometimes confusing the consumer. We can give you some educational tricks of your own when you are looking at the labels.
